This can be done in clinic or via home visit. A detailed assessment of your injury consisiting of in depth discussion around your symptoms and injury history. Following this, a physical assessment takes place to assess range of movement, strength and specific joint testing, which helps to identify the cause of your symptoms, and guide treatment and rehabilitation plans. We support you all the way through your journey.
-
Online physiotherapy works similarly to a face to face assessment, however is done via video-call from the comfort of your own home. This can be beneficial for people struggling to make it into clinic for various reasons. It can especially be helpful for early post surgery cases, second opinions on current injury management, or returning patients who just want a quick check up, reassurance, and progression of rehabilitation plans.

What We Treat
Testimonials
-
Massive thanks to Andy, you've literally saved my Golf Season. Following an Achilles tendonitis flare up in January i could not walk without severe pain. I was due to begin as the golf club captain which involves multiple rounds a week. Andy designed a programme for me, with realistic targets, and by the end of April i was able to play golf. My treatment is ongoing and without Andy i don't know what i would have done.

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Andy, his attention to detail and meticulous approach to treatment, training and aftercare is second to none. Andy helped me recover from a ruptured Achilles and tailored every session I had with him in person and online to target specific areas of weakness, which in time have recovered to pre operation levels. Aside from the physical element of recovery, Andy reassures and instills you with the confidence to keep going and overcome obstacles that occur with any injury rehabilitation. I have worked with many physio’s over the years but Andy tops the bill.
