What is a Physiotherapist and how do I know you are qualified?
Physiotherapist’s are university trained and experts within the field of injury diagnosis, treatment and management. As a Chartered Physiotherapist, I have a degree from the University of Bradford, and I am registered with the Health & Care Professionals Council regulators, and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
Do I need a referral from a doctor?
No, you don’t need a referral from a doctor or other health care professional.
What do I need to bring to an appointment?
During your initial assessment, please bring with you a list of any medications you are taking, along with any appropriate test/scan results. The more information we have the better service we can provide.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement, such as a t-shirt, shorts or tracksuits. It is important for us to be able to see the injury area whilst maintaining your dignity. For example if your complaint is with regards to your leg, it is important that you wear shorts.
How do I make an appointment?
Appointments can be made by clicking on the ‘Book Now’ icons within the page, or by completing the contact us form found on the home page.
If you are under 16 please note you will need a parent or guardian to attend each appointment with you.
How do I arrange an Home Visit?
Home visit appointments can be made via completing the contact us form, or by calling us on 07548674576. Please note payment will be required at the time of confirmation, and there may be an additional fee for travel for visits outside of our radius.

How do I cancel or re-arrange?
If you need to cancel please let us know asap via the cancellation option within the booking system, via email, or by calling Andy on 07548674576. Please note a minimum of 48hrs notice is needed to cancel or re-arrange. See the cancellation policy for further details. A service fee of 1.5% + 20p will be applied for all online or card refunds in line with the fees of our payment providers.
Do you accept Health Insurance?
We are currently in the process of being approved to receive referrals via health insurance providers. At present we are only able to offer self-pay services or Cash Plans.
We can provide receipts for claiming costs back via Health Cash Plans including but not exclusive to: Westfield health, Simply Health, HSF Health Plan, Benenden Health, WPA Cash Plan, Bupa Cash Plan.
