Our Return to Play services are tailored for individuals eager to get back into their sport at any level following a recent injury, or break from the sport. Whether this is an individual sport, such as golf or tennis, or a team-based sport, this service is perfect to support that transition back into action, whilst minimising risk of reinjury. This is particularly valuable for semi-professional athletes who may have limited support within their clubs or teams.
These services can take place either on pitch, field based rehab (football/rugby), within the gym, or a combination of both.
An initial physiotherapy session will be required prior to any return to play services taking place.
